The Story Behind Hope Fest

Hope Fest was born from a simple invitation: What if we threw a bigger net?

​

Jesus invited ordinary fishermen to leave behind their nets and become "fishers of people." While individual conversations will always be at the heart of evangelism, we also believe there are moments to cast a net wide; to create opportunities for thousands of people to encounter the love and hope of Jesus.

That's the heart behind Hope Fest.
 

By serving communitires with practical generosity, creating a welcoming environment, and clearly proclaiming the gospel, we throw a large net so that anyone, regardless of their background, beliefs, or story, has the opportunity to meet Jesus.

​

Every meal served, every bill paid, every grocery bag given away, every prayer offered, and every message preached points to one thing: Jesus changes lives.

​

Hope Fest isn't about putting on a great event. It's about reaching people who may never step into a church, creating space for them to encounter the Savior who changed our lives.

​

What began in Frederick is only the beginning. Our vision is to see Hope Fest become a movement, bringing this same model of compassionate outreach and bold gospel proclamation to cities all across America. We believe every community deserves the opportunity to encounter the hope that is found in Jesus.
